Berdasarkan kepada perubahan dokumen bagi permohonan eVDR PRA seperti surat Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK)  bertarikh 20 Januari 2020 bertajuk “Penamatan Pelaksanaan Protokol Pindaan MOU 2011 Bagi Pengambilan dan Penempatan Perkhidmatan Domestik Indonesia (PDI)”:

1. APS tidak perlu lagi menyertakan ‘Surat Aku Janji’ and ‘Testimonial JTKSM’.

2. APS perlu sertakan surat JTK (sementara menunggu peningkatan system FWCMS)

3. Cop serta tandatangan JTK tidak lagi diperlukan untuk Kontrak Perkhidmatan.

4. Cop dan tandatangan seperti dibawah diperlukan untuk Kontrak Perkhidmatan.

ANNOUNCEMENT

As informed by the letter issued by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK)  on 22nd January 2020 (Penamatan Pelaksanaan Protokol Pindaan MOU 2011 Bagi Pengambilan dan Penempatan Perkhidmatan Domestik Indonesia (PDI)) , below highlights changes in document requirements for submission of eVDR PRA:

1. APS is no longer required to upload ‘Surat Aku Janji’ and ‘Testimonial of JTKSM’.

2. APS is required to upload JTK letter (in the interim for changes in FWCMS)

3. JTK chop and signature no longer needed for Kontrak Perkhidmatan.

4. Only these five signatures and stamp (chop) are required for Kontrak Perkhidmatan:

• Agensi Pekerjaan Swasta (APS) Malaysia
• Embassy of Indonesia

Prosedur baru bagi Majikan yang ingin melakukan pengemaskinian maklumat majikan/wakil majikan sedia ada dalam sistem Jabatan Imigresen:

Langkah 1: Majikan perlu memuat turun Borang Permohonan dan Senarai Semak Kemas Kini Maklumat Majikan/Wakil Majikan (SISTEM myIMMs) di bahagian ‘Download & Tutorial’.

Langkah 2: Majikan perlu mengemukakan terus borang yang lengkap ke Bahagian Pengurusan Pekerja Asing, Kementerian Dalam Negeri atau melalui Pejabat Imigresen Negeri untuk diproses.

Majikan tidak lagi perlu hadir ke pejabat FWCMS bagi tujuan semakan dan kemas kini maklumat di dalam myIMMs. Prosedur baru ini berkuatkuasa SERTA MERTA mulai 2 Januari 2020.

New procedure for employers who wishes to update new and existing employer/person-in-charge details in the Immigration System:

Step 1: Download the Checklist and Application  Form (SISTEM myIMMs) from the ‘Downloads & Tutorials’.

Step 2: Submit the completed form to Bahagian Pengurusan Pekerja Asing, Ministry of Home Affairsor through State Immigration Office for processing.

Employers are no longer required to visit FWCMS office for employer update activities. This new procedure is effective January 2nd, 2020.
